Synergy Evolution (Pty) Ltd was established in 2018 as a 100% black-owned company and is now geared towards Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE). We envision growing into one of the public sector's most prominent asset management partners — proving ourselves as a leader in providing asset management systems that meet all public and private sector requirements.
Our drive came from a critical realisation: most popular asset management systems don't meet the accounting requirements as indicated in the Accounting Standards — GAAP, MFMA, PFMA, GRAP, IAS, and IFRS. This gap in compliance, financial stipulations, asset inventory and management principles, and best practice regulations set by the Auditing Profession and Auditor General was the catalyst for Synergy.
Both the private and public sector are currently undergoing a massive nationwide drive to take control of their asset base at every office — maximising financial resource outputs and asset usability, resulting in cost savings, personnel satisfaction, and improved service delivery overall.
